OUR MISSION

We recognize that we truly live in an information age, and that the transfer of information is critical to the success of virtually any business organization. As the Internet has expanded the horizons of even small businesses to encompass the world, information flow has followed. From the communication of personal credit or banking information for private purchases to the transfer of vital company plans, business processes, inventory, contracts and proposals, the flow and transfer of data and information has become the lifeblood of business. And the necessity of protecting that data at all points has grown in proportion to the flow of data itself. As methods of intercepting and using information flow for illegal purposes has become more sophisticated, the tools for protecting that data must become stronger.

Versata Software has been actively pursuing solutions to data protection in transmission, storage and use and has introduced a set of robust data encryption products equal to the task. Recognizing that these solutions must be both cost-effective and easy to put into use, Versata Software has created a suite of products applicable both to small business and the individual computer use.
